Shipfitting Craftsman

Job Summary:

As a skilled Joiner/Crafter, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing bulkheads, wood and metal articles, interior wood finishes, cabin accessories, and wood and metal deck structures. Your expertise will ensure the proper mounting of furniture, racks, and bins, as well as partition bulkheads, decorative ceilings, and false decks.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble wood and metal articles
Install and repair bulkheads, interior wood finishes, and cabin accessories
Mount furniture, racks, and bins, and install partition bulkheads, decorative ceilings, and false decks

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Joiner or related craft experience in shipfitting, carpentry, or Sheetmetal
Ability to pass the Tacker Certification test
High School diploma or equivalent, Master Tech Certification
