Overview:

Salary and Benefits:
We are offering an estimated annual salary of $37,440 (based on 18/hour) with additional compensation for excellent performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees also receive paid sick leave under the applicable state or local plan.

Job Responsibilities:
This role involves operating automated powder coating equipment, loading and unloading parts from overhead conveyers, monitoring processes, and ensuring proper adhesion and coverage of powder coating. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, following company policies and safety regulations, and communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Requirements:
To excel in this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and experience in finishing or transferable manufacturing experience. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures is also essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read assembly drawings and follow directions are key qualities required for this role.
