Job Overview

The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in the administration of day-to-day operations within Project Redirect's human resources department. This entails overseeing employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, hiring, and training.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to implement and administer policies, processes, and programs to enhance the employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and administering policies, processes, and programs to improve employee satisfaction
  • Providing expert advice and customer service to management and staff on various matters
  • Overseeing employee orientation, onboarding plans, relations, internal procedures, and performance management issues
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance for all employee and management files
  • Conducting 401K audits and processes, as well as auditing staff and client files
  • Assisting with electronic timekeeping and payroll administration
  • Ensuring compliance regarding EEO, I-9, Affordable Care Act, OFCCP, and DOL functions
  • Fostering open communication between clients, employees, and staff members
  • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with employment agencies to select qualified candidates
  • Overseeing employee safety, wellness, and health programs
  • Leading company-wide committees and facilitating discussions
  • Conducting salary surveys, evaluating employee performance, and adjusting pay scales accordingly
