**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our physicians and staff, and contribute to the success of our organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
**Requirements**
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas or be eligible for licensure
- Board certification or eligibility as a Physician Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
**Work Environment**
