Blue Castle Agency is in search of a proactive Community Association Manager to oversee the homeowners association for one of our vibrant communities. This role presents a unique chance to leverage your skills and influence the development of a thriving neighborhood.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to clients.
- Evaluate clients' financial health, including assets and liabilities.
- Manage vendor relationships through contracted services.
- Support routine maintenance and enhancements for the Association(s).
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and define project scopes.
- Assist the Board of Directors with their agendas and action items.
- Facilitate and participate in Board of Director meetings.
- Commitment to Residents – striving to surpass their expectations and uphold the association's standards.
- Commitment to Vision – consistently aiming for excellence, being a collaborative team member, and ensuring tasks are completed.
- Commitment to Team – actively supporting colleagues and contributing to team efforts.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing homeowners associations or similar community settings.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service to both the Board and residents.
- Capability to guide and advise the Board in decision-making processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and provide outstanding service.
