About the Role

Blue Castle Agency is in search of a proactive Community Association Manager to oversee the homeowners association for one of our vibrant communities. This role presents a unique chance to leverage your skills and influence the development of a thriving neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to clients.
  • Evaluate clients' financial health, including assets and liabilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships through contracted services.
  • Support routine maintenance and enhancements for the Association(s).
  • Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and define project scopes.
  • Assist the Board of Directors with their agendas and action items.
  • Facilitate and participate in Board of Director meetings.
