Medical Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Supervisor to join our team at Sharp Community Medical Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, guiding clinical practices, and driving workplace procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate staff and guide clinical practices to ensure efficient and effective operations
Develop and implement effective workplace procedures to improve productivity and patient satisfaction
Conduct assessments and develop growth strategies to improve practice performance
Supervise daily practice operations and monitor inventory for medications and medical equipment
Recruit, interview, and hire candidates when needed, and conduct/coordinate all new hire training and orientations
Interact with patients and address their complaints
Coordinate/lead staff performance reviews and maintain accurate documentation of employee infractions, discipline, and coaching conversations
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent certification
Proficiency with electronic practice management (EPM) electronic medical records (EMR)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Windows
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field preferred
1+ years of medical office management experience preferred
