Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team at one of our SNF locations in Brenham. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing expert speech-language pathology services.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to assess and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders. This may involve developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. You should also possess current certification from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and be eligible for licensure in your state (where required).
