As a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of supply chain activities across various stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. Your role will involve managing inventory systems, utilizing forecasting data, and overseeing procurement contracts to ensure timely ordering and delivery.

In this position, you will actively monitor customer inventory demands and assess material assets, whether on hand or in transit, to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Incorporating planning insights from external partners to minimize material and product inconsistencies.
  • Negotiating delivery timelines with suppliers to ensure punctuality.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as customer support, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousing.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 3-5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 1-3 years with an MBA.
  • Experience in logistics, material handling, and expediting processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems, as well as inventory management and cycle counting.

This position primarily operates during the first shift.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
