  • Product Knowledge and Upselling: Utilize product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed, supporting our sales team in new client acquisitions.
  • Client Experience: Provide clients with a personalized purchasing experience, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Order Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order processing is completed and installation dates are set.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document client contact information, ensure purchase orders are accurate, and submit all necessary information to our Senior Client Relations Managers.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certification required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred.
  • Skills: People-oriented, passionate about building relationships, charismatic, and personable demeanor; results-driven and self-motivated to improve interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Active listening, empathy, solution-oriented, and initiative-taking in resolving unexpected challenges.
