Hourly Store Leader

Job Summary

As a key member of our store team, the Hourly Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a specific area of the store. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering questions
• Tour the area to ensure it meets customer expectations
• Work with team associates to achieve goals and objectives
• Prepare and plan for upcoming events that impact the area
• Use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory levels

• Competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $36.00
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
