About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at BearCom. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of outside sales representatives and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Facilitate the success of the team by setting direction, establishing goals, and conducting meetings to ensure alignment and success.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and ride-alongs with sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Train and motivate individual sales representatives to achieve their highest potential.
  • Work closely with internal and external departments to develop new sales opportunities and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and ensure timely implementation and installation of equipment sold.
Requirements
  • 10 years of successful sales experience, with 5 years of management experience.
  • A proven track record of building a team, hiring, training, and developing sales staff.
  • Experience in effectively attracting, developing, coaching, and motivating sales staff.
  • Ability to adapt to various situations, demands, or organizational needs.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM system, such as JD Edwards or Salesforce.
  • Sales management experience in wireless communication and/or video surveillance is a plus.
