Luxury Watch Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Associate to join our team at REEDS Jewelers, a family-owned and operated business with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a luxury brand and develop your skills in sales, clienteling, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by utilizing in-depth product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service expertise
- Maintain a client book and regularly follow up with clients to meet sales goals
- Assist in the execution of store marketing initiatives
- Customer Service:
- Provide superior customer service, greeting all customers and offering assistance as needed
- Answer customer questions, offer alternative products, and process customer repairs
- Send thank-you notes to customers within two weeks of a purchase
- Operations:
- Understand and adhere to all store operational procedures, including inventory management and presentation
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the Store Manager
- Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting
- Previous clienteling experience and ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus
