Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and guidance to clients in a mental health crisis, fostering a safe and non-judgmental space for them to express themselves.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individual treatment plans, and coordinate with existing providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, offering resources, reassurance, and empathy to promote healing and growth.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals as needed.
- Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) certification or equivalent experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses.
- Clear DHS background study and sexual exploitation screening.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach, willing to walk with clients through their darkest days and make a meaningful impact on their recovery.
- Experience with motivational interviewing, de-escalation techniques, and crisis intervention is highly valued.
