- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories to inform diagnosis and treatment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Provide clear and concise medical information to patients and families.
- Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare, working closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, to inform diagnosis and treatment.
- Perform procedures as needed, collaborating with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
- Board eligible or board certified in orthopedic surgery.
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program in orthopedic surgery.
