Job Overview
The Continuous Improvement Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing operational processes through the application of Lean Six Sigma principles. This position is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, focusing on maximizing efficiency and elevating customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and support ongoing process enhancement initiatives from conception through to implementation and outcome assessment.
  • Serve as a catalyst for change, ensuring that continuous improvement efforts are effectively communicated and embraced across the organization.
  • Implement robust controls to guarantee the sustainability of process enhancements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure the successful and timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new operational procedures and methodologies using lean tools.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for continuous improvement in both corporate and production settings.
  • Assist in creating and delivering training programs.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in executing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related discipline.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Experience in leading multi-day kaizen events and workshops with diverse teams.
