Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support ongoing process enhancement initiatives from conception through to implementation and outcome assessment.
- Serve as a catalyst for change, ensuring that continuous improvement efforts are effectively communicated and embraced across the organization.
- Implement robust controls to guarantee the sustainability of process enhancements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure the successful and timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Contribute to the design and development of new operational procedures and methodologies using lean tools.
- Identify and assess opportunities for continuous improvement in both corporate and production settings.
- Assist in creating and delivering training programs.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt.
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in executing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel as needed.
- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience in leading multi-day kaizen events and workshops with diverse teams.
