Job Overview

The Lindner Center of HOPE is seeking a highly skilled Adult Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with psychiatric disorders through a continuum of care. This includes working with a team of mental health professionals to provide treatment through inpatient, outpatient, and research services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assess patient medical and treatment history
  • Prescribe medication and other forms of treatment according to best practices and latest evidence base
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Participate in research activities and integrate research into clinical practice whenever possible
  • Work effectively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Completed Psychiatry residency training
  • Ohio Medical License
  • Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
  • Ability to maintain age-specific competencies based on the age of patients served
