Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from our facility, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive shuttle bus and transport customers to and from the facility in a safe and efficient manner
  • Greet passengers and provide assistance with loading and unloading
  • Operate the shuttle bus in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations
  • Monitor vehicle condition and record any malfunctioning items or damage
  • Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and other employees using a two-way radio system
  • Conduct pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle bus
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions and notify dispatch or supervisor of any potential problems
  • Report accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor
  • Treat all customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience
  • Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
  • Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle
