**Key Responsibilities:**

• Briefly diagnose and repair agricultural and turf equipment, as well as established Ag Management Solutions products
• Disassemble, reassemble, and repair machine components
• Perform service tasks assigned by the Service Manager
• Prepare forms for work performed on repair orders
• Report additional work required on equipment to the Service Manager
• Participate in training programs as directed by the Service Manager
• Account for time and materials used in work duties
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Report issues with shop tools, equipment, or vehicles
• Follow safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience performing service repairs
• Ability to write diagnosis and work completed on routine reports
• Proficient knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and/or hydraulic systems
• Ability to use personal computers and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment
• Ability to speak effectively with customers
• Valid driver's license required for driving situations
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to operate a forklift (preferred)

**Work Environment and Physical Demands:**

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Squatting, bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, standing, and sitting
• Working with PCs, smart devices, and close detailed work
• Occasional driving for short and long distances

**Compensation and Benefits:**

Our employees receive competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for professional and personal development, including significant paid training. The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
