Fuel Station Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fuel Station Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Fuel Station Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel stations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and answering their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support fuel station operations, including ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Restock shelves with customer favorite grab-and-go items and ensure the fuel station is well-stocked and organized.
  • Work independently and take initiative to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly wage range of $14.00 to $26.00, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
