Position Overview

The Team Leader plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to meet operational, sales, and merchandising objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain reliable attendance.
  • Adhere to and implement safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar sectors is preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Basic computer proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts.

Work Environment
