Key Responsibilities

  • Production Planning and Scheduling
    • Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements to ensure timely completion of job assignments.
    • Interpret specifications to workers and assign duties to meet production schedules.
  • Inventory Management
    • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and ensure accurate inventory control.
    • Requisition and inspect materials to ensure quality and quantity meet production needs.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate warehouse workers to achieve work goals and improve productivity.
    • Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Oversee in-bound and outbound inventory control to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
    • Perform activities of workers supervised and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience
    • Must have at least 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel, twist, for duration of an eight-hour shift.
    • Ability to work occasional overtime on weekends to meet business demands.
    • Basic computer/math skills and experience with forklift operation.
