Material Handler Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Material Handler to join a distinguished organization. In this role, you will be essential to the efficient production and distribution operations. Below are the key details:

Compensation
- $20.00 per hour;
- Negotiable pay rate

Work Schedule
- Night shift: Sunday; 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM / Monday to Thursday; 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities of the Material Handler
  • Facilitate the smooth production and distribution of goods
  • Support the organized management of stock and materials storage
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages
  • Identify materials required for production tasks
  • Prepare finished products for dispatch
  • Operate material handling machinery and maintain cleanliness in work areas
  • Understand and comply with safety regulations in the workplace
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Capability to assess information effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Effective time management
  • Familiarity with inventory management and physical capability to lift heavy items
  • Proficient in data entry
Employment Type: Full-time, temporary
