We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Coordinator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Irving, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process applications and assist new cardholders as needed.
  • Organize and maintain p-card documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Utilize web-based p-card banking program with excellent understanding.
  • Assist with card holder phone calls, including research and resolution of errors and disputes.
  • Import data into the G/L and post p-card entry for monthly close deadlines.
  • Prepare month-end statement reports for audit and internal department uses.
  • Resolve transaction disputes with vendors or bank in a timely fashion.
  • Perform Month End Close duties for P-Card & Epayables.
  • Participate in special projects as requested by department management.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of BOFA WORKS platform and SAP Concur.
  • 2-4 years' experience in expense management and corporate card program.
  • Proven record in meeting deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Solid Excel skills.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
