Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building relationships with customers, and providing top-notch service to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new leads, upsell existing customers on additional services, and build long-term relationships with clients.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by Rocket Pest, Inc., and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  4. Territory Management: Manage your designated sales territory, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in basic math calculations.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and lift a minimum of 20 pounds regularly.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check required.
Benefits
  • Compensation: Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Holidays and Time Off: Eight company-paid holidays and ten days of paid-time off per year (full-time only).
