About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at Bickford Senior Living. As a Certified Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs of our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, based on their individual service plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, meal service, and social engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical leadership to address any changes in resident needs.
  • Develop knowledge and skills to care for residents with dementia.
Qualifications
  • Active CNA License in good standing.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to take additional training or education, as required by specific states.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
