We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic therapy team at Infinity Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services to adults with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
Current state licensure.
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
