**Job Summary:**
The Sales Growth Specialist role at Formerra is focused on driving sales growth through strategic planning and relationship-building. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Develop and manage sales plans, budgets, and expense reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate and drive profitable growth
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Plastics or Polymer Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or related discipline
- 5-7 years' sales experience in distribution, manufacturing, sales, account management
- Proven track record of developing high, wide, and deep relationships
- Complex thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions
- Strong technical aptitude and professional presence
