Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue
  • Manage project teams to deliver complex multi-discipline projects using design/build and design/bid/build delivery methodologies
  • Collaborate with other Dewberry offices to deliver projects and grow our business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in building structures and related engineering
  • PE License in one or more states
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in managing project teams and staff utilization
  • Experience in developing client proposals and business development strategies
  • Knowledge of the A/E marketplace in the mid-Atlantic area
