Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in custodial, floor care, or related trade

  • Valid Florida driver's license and safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of floor care and custodial equipment
  • Experience with various types of floor systems and care and maintenance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push heavy cleaning equipment
