Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Excavation & Utility Construction Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations and organization of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers and equipment operators to ensure efficient project execution
  • Interpret project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with job site superintendents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Schedule daily workflow and equipment mobilization to optimize productivity and minimize delays
  • Perform physical work, including heavy equipment operation, pipe laying, and labor, as required
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Adhere to workplace safety and environmental practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Pre-employment and random drug screening that includes Marijuana

  • Willingness to take direction and follow instructions
  • Physically fit with a willingness to work hard
  • Mechanical ability
  • Towing experience
  • CDL A is a plus
