We are seeking a skilled Senior Surgical Technician to join our team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for preparing operating rooms for surgery, scrubbing in, and providing technical support to our surgeons and anesthesiologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Scrub in for surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and assisting the surgical team as needed.
- Provide technical support to surgeons and anesthesiologists, including setting up and operating equipment.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures.
Requirements:
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
- National Certified Surgical Technologist (NCST) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card (FLSC) certification.
- 5 years of scrub experience.
