Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital Inc. in the Duluth Float Pool. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Independently assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Georgia.
  • Minimum of two years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Additional certifications may be required for specific clinical units.
  • BSN degree and national certification in a clinical specialty are preferred.
Work Environment

This position is housed in the Northside Hospital Duluth Float Pool and offers the opportunity to care for a variety of patient populations in our Acute Care units.

Work Schedule

7P-7A, with weekend requirements.
