Job Summary

We are seeking a Server to join our team at Minot Lodge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents and guests. This includes setting tables, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set tables and prepare dining areas for meals
  • Serve meals to residents and guests
  • Bus tables and clean up after meals
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
Requirements
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and staff
