Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel financial transactions. As a key member of the hotel team, the Night Auditor plays a vital part in maintaining the financial health of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of all financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Verify and reconcile all financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities to management.
  • Perform front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless guest service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
