KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• Execute machine pre-print setups and inspections.

• Verify registration, ink viscosity, color accuracy, and print quality on Flatbed presses.

• Manage the collection of signs from the conveyor belt and prepare them for subsequent processing.

• Ensure production rates, registration, and quality standards align with company and customer specifications.

• Adjust press settings as required.

• Interpret production documentation to ensure the correct image, ink, and materials are utilized for each job.

• Operate, modify, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.

• Clean screens for screen printing as necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry tools and materials weighing up to 65 pounds regularly.

• Prolonged standing or walking, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching required.

• Capability to climb ladders for product retrieval or storage.

• Full range of physical motion needed to operate manual and powered tools and machinery (e.g., forklift).
