Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is a critical role within our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating patient care services and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality outcomes. This position involves assisting with admission and discharge processes, participating in quality assessments, and supporting service recovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care services to ensure efficient throughput and effective communication among healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement plans of care that meet individual patient needs.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
  • Support inventory control and supply management to maintain an organized work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado or active multistate licensure.
  • Current BCLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or ARC.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with graduate-level education preferred.
  • At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with supervisory or charge nurse experience highly desirable.
