Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
