Dialysis Nurse

Work Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling options available
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Day shift only, no weekends or on-call

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
• Collect and record patient health data, developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Perform laboratory collections, processing, and shipping procedures
• Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, inventory management, and admission documentation
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• BS/AA/diploma in nursing with at least 12 months of experience (3 months in hemodialysis) preferred
• Valid RN license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to multiple locations
• BLS certification
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
