Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects ranging from new package development to engineering design retrofits for beverage processing and filling lines.
  • Oversee activities in the New Product Development (NPD) process and drive timely completion of all deliverables leading to the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Sales, Project Management, Engineering Design, Beverage Development, and Product Lifecycle Management teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently on tasks with routine guidance from senior team members. You will be responsible for tracking project milestones, building project charters, timelines, risk management logs, and other key documents.

We are looking for candidates with strong organization, communication, and attention to detail skills. A basic understanding of New Product Development processes and knowledge of beverage manufacturing and plastic injection and blow molding technologies are required.

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business, or a related field is the minimum requirement. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Product Design, and PMP or CAPM certification.

The estimated salary range for this position is $78,619.75 - $113,998.64 per year. Benefits include competitive compensation packages, comprehensive health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
