About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional eye and vision care to patients
  • Take a leading role in patient care with respect to general health and well-being
  • Establish and maintain a professional and welcoming practice environment
  • Manage patient schedules and appointments
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain patients
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
