Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled Computerized Tomography Technologist to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate diagnostic equipment, verify images, and prepare the room with necessary equipment and supplies for procedures.
  • Ensure proper diagnostic information is provided through the production of high-quality CT scans.
  • Perform CT exams on various body parts in a timely manner.
  • Complete appropriate history forms and technologist exam sheets.
  • Start I.V.s and check labs as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology and CT Technologist.
  • RT and CT certification from ARRT required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT), or Bachelors Degree, or Certificate, or Associate Degree.
