Requirements:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
• Fellowship trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $232,130 to $323,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
