  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and achievements, celebrating each child's progress and milestones.
Qualifications
  • Meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
  • Hold comprehensive knowledge of child development stages and child care licensing requirements.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with patience and flexibility.
  • Complete 12 CEU's per 12-month calendar year.
  • Have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
