About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygiene Support Specialist to join our team at D4C Dental. As a key member of our oral health care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of hygiene care, including room setup and breakdown, charting, x-rays, patient education, and sterilization.
- Work closely with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our patients' medical and dental histories to provide personalized care.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest oral health care techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- Coronal Polishing Certificate and X-ray Certification are a plus.
- Working knowledge and experience with dental digital charting.
- Back office dental experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a flexible team player.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to professional growth.
