Job Summary:

The Head of IT is responsible for overseeing the information technology department, leading two departments (Infrastructure and Data), and ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the operational and strategic management of the IT department (approximately 20 employees)
* Develop and implement a modern IT landscape
* Manage two departments (Infrastructure / Workplace & Data)
* Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure
* Lead a team of IT employees and coordinate with external service providers
* Collaborate closely with other departments and management to support business goals

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Several years of experience in leadership positions in IT, preferably in medium to large-sized companies
* Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure (on-premise and Cloud Azure/AWS), data management platforms (Talend), and EDI processes
* Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and project management
* Excellent German and English language skills
