Job Title: Post Silicon Validation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Silicon Validation Engineer to join our team at L&T Technology Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate PCIe, LPDDR controller/chips for leading edge protocol.
  • Develop and execute test plans for post silicon validation.
  • Collaborate with design teams to debug problems and performance issues.
  • Support customer silicon bring ups and post silicon queries of IP.
  • Execute special test requests from design teams or customers to measure specific parameters or root cause issues.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Post Silicon Validation.
  • Expertise in post silicon validation bring up and validation of interfaces.
  • Experience in validating PCIe, LPDDR controller/chips for leading edge protocol.
  • Understanding of JEDEC, PCIe Standard.
  • PCIe gen4/5 TX/RX validation experience is a must have skill.
  • Ethernet interface validation and bring up is a must have skill.
  • Experience in configuration and tweaking of registers during bring up and validation.
  • Experience in validating all features of DDR memory.
  • Experience in validating different Ethernet configurations.
  • Experience in performance measurement of PCIe lanes.
  • Experience in using system debug and handling defects.
  • Experience in handling debug tools, defect management, and repo management system.
  • Experience in using test cards for PCIe and Ethernet.
  • Good understanding of hardware debug flow and silicon architecture.
  • Software proficiency for Python test scripting, data handling, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in using lab equipment and measurement techniques for high-speed interfaces.
  • High-speed scopes, probes, spectrum analyzers, BERTs.
