We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team as a Jobsite Assistant. This role will provide support to our on-site foreman and crew members, ensuring the efficient completion of various tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in construction, be physically fit, and possess excellent communication skills.

Salary: $20.00+ per hour, competitive wage with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Job Description: As a Jobsite Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include preparing job sites by erecting scaffolding, removing debris, and digging trenches. You will also assist with loading and unloading supplies from trucks, both manually and using equipment. Additional duties may include reporting safety violations to management and handling materials and supplies. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of construction experience
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds)
