**Blood Bank Leadership Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Blood Bank professional to join our team at a reputable hospital in Georgia. As a Lead Blood Bank Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient collection, testing, and transfusion of blood products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of Blood Bank Technologists in the collection, testing, and transfusion of blood products
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless blood product distribution
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Previous experience in blood banking, preferably in a hospital setting
- Certification as a MT or MLS or BB or SBB by the Board of Registry of ASCP
- MS Degree and SBB preferred
