KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of living spaces and shared facilities
  • Prepare rooms for new occupants, including thorough sanitization, disinfection, and linen changes
  • Conduct floor maintenance, dusting, furniture polishing, and window washing
  • Restock and sanitize restrooms, eliminate stains, and manage waste disposal
  • Support residents and care for linens and upholstered items
  • Oversee inventory management, communications, and vendor agreements
  • Foster employee relationships and monitor property conditions
  • Assist with corporate events as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Additional training in a specialized area is advantageous
