Job Description

As an Instrument Craftsman at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to customer-owned instruments, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship, adhering to industry standards.
• Maintain store-owned gear and equipment, as requested.
• Complete warranty repair work and other tasks assigned by management.
